RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
-We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases, but if you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return your merchandise in unworn and original condition. All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be given as merchandise exchange or store credit only. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and eurica is NOT responsible for return shipping. (So, shipping insurance is not required but highly recommended!) All sale merchandise is final sale. We will not accept returns, exchanges or order cancellations on sales orders. Please contact us at info(at)euricabcn(.)com> with your reason for exchanging the item before returning any purchase.
-Any item damaged on arrival will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Please contact info(at)euricabcn(.)com> within 14 days of receipt. (Attaching a photo of the item would be very helpful.) Please do not send anything without first contacting us. Returns must be pre-paid and shipped via an insured delivery provider with a tracking number.
-We at eurica put a lot of attention in the making of each piece hoping you will wear your jewelry for years to come and offer a 14 days guarantee on repairs. The repair or replace will be free of charge and all return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded, Please contact info(at)euricabcn(.)com> within 14days.
-Please take a look our care guide to keep your jewelry in its best condition. If your jewelry needs to be repaired over time, we are able to make repairs for a fee. Repairs usually take 1-3 weeks, not including shipping transit time. Please note that return shipping fees of the finished repair are the customer’s responsibility and will be additional to any fees incurred for materials and labor.
