Q: How durable is eurica jewellery?

A: In a word: very. All of our jewellery features solid gold filled 14k. This reduces the chance of chippering or fragmentation which can occur in inferior materials. We can ensure that the jewellery is very resistant and will last for years with the adequate care.

Q: How secure is this site?

A: We do not give out our customers’ personal or financial information to anyone, for any reason, ever. We accept all major credit cards and conduct transactions through PayPal, the largest and most reliable online payment processor in the world.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: Most likely. To check if we ship to your country, just scroll through the country menu on the cart page. Any necessary duty or taxes are paid through local customs.

Q: How long does shipping usually take?

A: We will ship your item 1-3days after payment has cleared. If more time is required we will contact you. Allow about 3 days to 12 weeks for local shipping. And about 2 to 3 weeks for international shipping (Please note that local customs might slow down the delivery). We ship your purchase via CORREOS with a delivery confirmation, and you will be notified when it ships. Requires the signature of the recipient

Q: How can I take care of my jewellery?

A: Our jewellery is extremely low-maintenance, thanks to their coating. We do recommend that you keep them in a dry place whenever possible, in order to protect them from rusting. You can use a cloth to clean them. For better results you could use water and soap, make sure you dry them up thoroughly. Keeping your jewellery separate from each other will avoid scratches.

Q: What if I want to return my jewellery?

A: We hope you like your jewellery, but in case you don’t, we have a “14 days after receiving your item” return policy. Jewellery that haven’t been used and are returned in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund. Please note that there are no returns or exchanges for Limited Edition jewellery or jewellery purchased on sale.

**Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for lost shipments.

Q: What is your warranty policy?

A: If you receive a damaged product, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no-charge repair. However, please understand that we cannot refund you for the any return shipping costs.

Q: What if I want to repair my jewellery?

A: Repairs outside of 14 days from your order are subject to availability of materials/type of materials and degree of repair. Please e-mail us at info [!at] euricabcn.com with your problem (pictures would be very helpful) and we’ll do our best to work out a solution. Repair fees will apply such as materials fee for repairs or replacement of chains. Please understand that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges of repaired items.( The shipping and return shipping postage for repair jobs.)
